Welcome to The Collective Equine
Saddle Fitting, Equine Bodywork and Performance Coaching
Who We Are
It takes a village……this is a phrase that through my journey has rung true in so many ways. Collective Equine was born through this “Village”, a collection of knowledge and people with a love of the equine/human partnership. It is a collection of knowledge born through education and mentoring focused on both the human and the horse incorporating mind, body and spirit through the connection between equine biomechanics, body work, saddle fit and life and performance coaching.
What makes Collective Equine stand out is the belief in partnership between not only a horse and its human but also the partnership between experts in all areas of equine care. I work with equine vets, chiropractors, physiotherapists, master saddlers, behavioralists, other life coaches and social workers to provide a comprehensive plan for you and your horse to thrive.

“I have trusted Claudine to work on my two Grand Prix dressage horses for the last couple of years and the results have been remarkable. She really listens to each horse and provides a personalized session based on the needs of each horse. My Horses have never felt better. ”
— Hannah Corjulo, Dressage Trainer.
“My 17 year old Hanovarian (Lance) began exhibiting signs of front left leg lameness. It was very subtle, tripping a lot, on and off lameness, not obvious head bobbing lame, just a feeling of “off”. He had a torn suspensory ligament when he was 12 which thankfully healed but it took a year of slow rehab back and the vet said we were very fortunate that he returned to his previous level of activity. Since it was the same leg I was in a panic he had torn the suspensory again and his career over.
I had Claudine examine Lance thoroughly and she had a strong suspicion the problem was actually hind end, specifically his hocks. Lance has been jumping his whole life so I thought this was a very real possibility. We had the vet confirm this diagnosis through flexion testing and radiographs. The vet recommended Lance could have had conservative treatment. I chose conservative. Claudine outlined a rest period then a comprehensive program to strengthen his hind end in order to better support the front. We utilized ground work exercises, Bemer blanket and laser technology, as well as slow work under saddle. Claudine was there every step of the way providing support not only to Lance, but to me as well. He is a special horse to me and the thought of his retirement was very distressing to me. Her kind demeanor, compassion, and her treatment of mind, body, and soul took me out of panic mode daily.
I cannot recommend her enough!!”
